Discovery Studio Components and Protocols

The addition of Accelrys Discovery Studio® component collection to SciTegic's Pipeline Pilot® has provided a unique opportunity for customers and Accelrys colleagues to create libraries of customized components and protocols.

Discovery Studio (DS) component collections cover all application areas: ADMET (TOPKAT), Sequence Analysis, Library Design and Analysis, QSAR, Protein Modeling, Pharmacophore Modeling, Simulations (CHARMm) are all exposed with a Pipeline Pilot Client.
