Build an optimized dendrimer

Description

A short script that implements a step-wise approach to dendrimer building. After each generation is added, the structure is cleaned and optimized before moving onto the next addition. This should give a better initial starting structure than performing a single optimization after all the generations have been added.

Additionally, the generations are colored from red to blue.
