Coordination number by distance

Description

Calculates the number of atoms of a specific element type, or coordinating atoms, that are within a radial distance of the coordinated atom. A study table is generated containing the coordinated atom highlighted in ball and stick, the x, y and z coordinates, and the calculated coordination number.

This script has been updated to improve the speed of the calculations. If you downloaded the original script, you should upgrade to the new verison (about 4x faster on the demo system and scales far better!)
