Number of hydrogen bonds within a radial distance

Description

This script calculates the number of hydrogen bonds within a radial distance of a certain element type. It repeats this for all elements of the specific type in the cell and generates a study table with the atoms attached to the hydrogen bonds highlighted in ball and stick and the number of hydrogen bonds.

This script also uses the minimum image convention to allow for periodicity.
