Mesoscale Topology

Description

This script generates a mesoscale topology describing a polymer with a number of randomly grafted sidechains on a polymer backbone. A text string describing the topology is generated and can be simply pasted into the Mesoscale molecule type cells of the Species tab of the mesoscale modules.

The script allows you to set the number and type of beads in the backbone, the number and type of beads in the sidechain, the number of sidechains, and whether the number of beads in the sidechain can vary.
