Ingenuity's IPA sample integrations protocols

Purpose: Here are 3 example protocols that allow for data from Pipeline Pilot's Gene Expression Collection to be piped into Ingenuity's IPA. The component you will need for each example is the last one in the pipeline. The Ingenuity specific component at the end of each protocol should work fine with version 7.0, too.

Requirements: Pipeline Pilot 6.1.5 or later, Gene Expression Collection
