Pipeline Pilot includes over 700 component functions and over 350 example protocols to help you reach your research goals. Here we provide additional components and example protocols from SciTegic staff and users like you.

• All scripts - Access to all the downloads
• General - Components and protocols for various tasks, like readers/writers, manipulators, and calculators
• Chemistry - Components and protocols to help you accomplish reading, writing, analyzing, and viewing your chemical data
• Integration - Components and protocols to help you integrate either your own Perl/VBScript/SOAP processes, or products from companies like Accelrys, MDL, Spotfire, Schrodinger, and more
• Sequence Analysis and Gene Expression - Components and protocols to assist you with your Bioinformatics goals

While these optional downloads are not formally supported by Accelrys, they can serve as templates or starting points for developing your own workflow process. We always enjoy receiving feedback on your experiences!
